ORTHOPODO Center & Academy by Oksana Holovko is a podiatry practice and a training academy under one roof, in the Panorama shopping centre, Mokotów, Warsaw. We bring together podiatry, orthopaedic podiatry, foot assessment and education, so that walking feels comfortable for you every day.
We believe that health starts with the feet. That is why our goal goes beyond easing pain or discomfort. First we want to understand where the problem comes from, and only then plan the kind of care that gives a real, long-lasting result.
We combine our daily work in the practice with teaching. This keeps our methods evolving and lets us share what we know with other specialists. Every client gets a complete approach with us: from foot assessment and procedures to home-care advice and prevention.

Oksana still works with clients in the practice every day.
A podologist since 2009. My philosophy is simple: without fear and without aggressive methods. We work on the cause of pain, not just its effects. I focus on foot biomechanics and on educating a new generation of podologists who want to work professionally and confidently.

Every visit is a little different, but a few things stay the same.
- We start with a conversation. We ask what is bothering you, how you live and what you expect, and only then take a close look at your feet.
- No rushing. Each visit gets as much time as it needs, with room for your questions and a proper talk.
- We look for the cause. We combine podiatry with orthopaedic podiatry and gait analysis, so we can work on the source of the problem, not only on the symptoms.
- We stay with you after the visit. You leave with clear home-care advice and the option of follow-up visits, so the result lasts longer.
The ORTHOPODO Academy is the other half of our centre. We train podologists from the very beginning and help practising specialists take their skills further. Oksana Holovko leads the courses herself, in small groups, in person in Warsaw.
We teach on real cases from the practice rather than straight from the textbook. It works both ways. What we teach at the Academy is tested every day with our clients, and what we learn in the practice goes back into the classroom. You can read more about the courses on the Academy page.
