Purposes and Legal Grounds for Data Processing<\/h2>\n<p>The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:<\/p>\n<h3>5.1. Podological services and foot assessment<\/h3>\n<p>Purpose: arranging visits, recording information about the selected service, assessing feet and selecting care and individual insoles.<br \/>Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract); Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations, within the scope of applicable law).<\/p>\n<h3>5.2. Registration and organization of visits<\/h3>\n<p>Purpose: setting the appointment date, confirmation of booking, rescheduling, cancellation, SMS\/e-mail reminders.<br \/>Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract); Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in organising the practice\u2019s work).<\/p>\n<h3>5.3. Ongoing contact<\/h3>\n<p>Purpose: responding to inquiries sent via forms, e-mail, phone, social media, and messengers; providing information about the offer.<br \/>Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest \u2013 communicating with interested parties).<\/p>\n<h3>5.4.
